I would do it at a smaller ground 50/55k/

£200 well spent. Great stadium, good mix of fans, good banter and an absolutley amazing city to explore. Agreed there will be issues with prices and food costs but it was a cross i was prepared to buy.

And i got to see Kifaru with his famous three-quarter lengths on again too.

My first Magic Weekend experience. The fact the ground was 2.5 miles from the city centre seems to be the one sticking point that everyone I met said about the whole weekend, it is too far out. With Cardiff the stadium is right in the centre along with all the bars and food outlets. I found I had to stop at several watering holes along the way from the city centre to quench the thirst I had built up

However we all know the Magic Weekend will be in Edinburgh next year so I will go again as myself and the party I went with all had a good time. The best thing about the weekend is meeting the fans from all the other clubs in the bars along Rose Street (No 37), having a few drinks and getting along with each other.

Couldn't be ar5ed going and couldn't be ar5ed watching most of the games.

BTW, any reports on how many "locals" attended, given the WRU failure to promote the concept to the Welsh was cited as a major reason for moving it?
