| Lilley looked pretty good to me whilst Chisholm was on. Did a lot of the stuff that allowed the other half to run, mixed his kicking game up etc. Kr were able to get to him a bit when Chisholm went off and Lilley was left to do most of the kicking. Oldezki was the pick of our loanees. Hallas was game and looked serviceable at 9, Smith didn't look physically outmatched bur was average at best.
I actually enjoyed the game. It was high quality with some really good players on show for both sides. A good advert for the championship.

| Said it before but i dont see anything in Lilley whatsoever. Some decent kicks but creates very little, defensively average and never makes a break.
Hope im wrong.

| Is that the guy who completely outplayed him who when receiving the MoM award said he felt Lilley should have been named MoM?

| I thought Oledzski was great. No fear and great effort, some real strong runs. Smith didn't look out of place but didn't shine either. He will have to improve somewhat to become super league quality but at 18 I'm sure he will.
I thought Lilley had a good game. He was always busy and in control of everything Bradford did. Let's not forget we were watching top Vs bottom in this game. There is some real deadwood in that Bradford team. With better attacking runners I'm sure Lilley would have looked more convincing to his doubters.

| I can't comment on the KR v Bulls match as did not get opportunity to watch it...Going on recent performance seen on Oledzki have been impressed by him....powerful strong..fast...shows no fear...hope we get to see him play again in senior squad this season...On Cameron Smith...as said did not see his performance...Don't forget when we were playing CC against Barrow there was no championship fixtures, this is only his second match for the Bulls n playing at championship level ..He had one game in U19s recently having just returned from injury so would say give it time before you judge him..That said when he debuted for seniors he was very impressive in short spell he played nearly scoring...So if he can find that form..then improve on that he will do well for the club....mind I not predicting anything..almost jinxed Ash Golding on another thread.

For some reason thought I read it was London Broncos he came back on...my error. Looked back at reports was earlier U19s Catalan match...Looking at match reports which I appreciate are brief so don't give an accurate picture he seems to have given a good account of himself ..if not scoring..then setting up others for tries.
My point is I still think he has the potential to be a good player, as said he showed it last season for seniors...so don't believe you just lose that...this only second game for Bradford, maybe he will benefit from more game time with them.

| Did he really show anything in his brief appearances last year? My abiding memory is him making a complete hash of a kickoff vs Leigh that was complete schoolboy error stuff.

| Tad harsh considering most of seniors didn't exactly have their finest hrs for most of last season even some of the matches this season...anyway admit don't remember that detail...but do remember him getting stuck in..also going on attack it wasn't long after coming on he either ( again forget which ) was held up ..inch short of line or try disallowed . Just been looking at Bradford results, there is no match report on it but he scored on his debut in loss against Broncos...so can't say whether it was an easy try or one that was well worked. So for my mind still time for him to develop he only 19 after all.

| Cam Smith is still very young, has had time out with injury, and is coming back in the weakest Bradford team in living memory. Let's not write the kid off just yet hey?

| Im not writing him off at all. He has the ability and toughness to make the grade but he needs to improve his workrate and attitude for me.
Only young tho and stint at Bulls is far better for him than playing 19s.

| Well said Batleyrhino.
All the lads we've had from Leeds have improved as they've gained experience. It's a massive step up from U19s to SL and I can see why Hetherington send a lot out on loan or DR. Smith's finding his feet whereas Oledzki, Lilley and Hallas are a bit further ahead of him in development. Same goes for Jordan Roberts who was coming along ok until he got injured.
All of them have potential and shouldn't be written off. Have patience.
