It’s fair to say HKR will be up for this one.

Newman in the Fev 19-man squad to play in Toulouse this weekend which presumably confirms he won't be in the 17. Callum McLelland also in the Fev squad for the 1st time.

I saw a comment earlier speculating whether HKR wrote-off last week's trip to Saints to focus on this week instead. I could certainly believe that and am expecting a real tough match.

They were winning at Saints. They were miles away from writing anything off. Probably don't need to play aswell as last week though to get something.

play for 60 minuets like last week should see us through, but prefer us to have an 80 minute performance and win with a bit to spare, they are no push overs and they may think they are due a home win against us. We seem to play worse against teams we should be beating, hopefully we are fully focus and don't go into our leak 3-4 trys in quick succession mode which has cost us most off our losses this year.

All sides must surely see us as a winnable game. None of em will lie down or go away in the knowledge they'll likely have an easier game next week. That'll not change until we do something about it and HKR will be as tough a game as any.

Can we just get this out of the way now, its obvious Garbutt is going to do a Brendan Hill, Rob Roberts on us and have a Stormer, so I regardlesd of result performance can we not have a “why did we let Garbutt go” reaction. He’s gone it serves no purpose goong on about it.
