Whikst i agree he hasn't kicked on he has been shifted all over through no fault of his own. Furner needs to either release him or pick him for 1 position & give him at least a full season in that 1 slot.

Agree Mark but then when i think i can't find a slot for him.too small for SR/lock imo and he has a tendency to fall off tackles at times , centres look sown up now as is FB no way he gets a half slot and he has proved to be no more than a stop gap there.i do Furner can find a proper role for him but think he may have to move on at some point soon if he is to kick on in his career.

i have a funny feeling hurrel will start at centre with sutcliffe coming off the bench and Hurrel have some spells in the back row and eventually moving into the back row fulltime at some point during his 3 year stint.

Nothing against Crosby, it's just atm we have too many under performing forwards to take risks. If we can sign a good prop,back rower and keep Crosby by getting rid of Mullally, Delaney, Ormondroyd then great

I can see the connection with Tonie Carroll fingers crossed Hurrell performs much better than he did for us.

Dave Furner has coached Konrad Hurrell before and he’s a player that he wanted, that’s a good sign for a start.
