| Quote: Gotcha "It may well not had an effect on a penalty conceeded, but it certainly would have had an effect on keeping the forwards moving forward and quickly, and keeping the defence tight. A defence that looked very secure until he went off. Things that didn't happen when he was off the field.'"
He doesn't defend on the left edge so how would he of had a role in tightening the defence up?
Don't take this in the wrong context either but how can you keep the forwards moving without the ball?
Saints scored back to back tries did they not?

The left edge was not a problem on Saturday, and I have been it's biggest critic. The whole defensive line lookeded disorganised once Buderus left the pitch. There was nothing wrong with either edge (expect for Donalds handling of high balls), until Buderus left the pitch, it looked very impressive.
Again, when he came back on, there were no kinks in our defence pattern at all.

lomax stepped 3 tacklers on the left edge to score and Pryce went through a gap between Senior and Mcguire that a bus could get through also on the left edge!
I personally still think it is a problem so we'll have to agree to disagree on that also.

Both try's came at what time again?
Which is exactly what I said above. That said though, It would be very unfair to place blame on any area for the Lomax try which was created from superb play from Pryce.
As for the Pryce try it was exactly what I said on the other thread about his play. Every time he had the ball we split wide open.

I honestly think both tries could and should of been stopped and nothing to do with Buderus been subbed.
Pryce's try could of been scored by anyone on the park the gap was that wide and came again from quick plays from Roby and Moore rather than his individual talent.

Sorry but I completely dissagree and find that comment rubbish. I would have backed McGuire only in the Leeds side to have scored that try. It came from a combination of panic and great footwork. No way could any of the forwards on the park have scored that try. Yes it was a big gap, but that gap wouldn't have been there for other players.

He made a mess of one in the first minute, could do very little with their try and handled two high balls very well for assists in two of our tries.
From the second minute onwards Donald's handling of the high ball was instrumental in our win. Still, that was probably down to Buderus mere presence on the pitch I guess.
Buderus had a great game and controlled the ruck superbly. I felt he was slightly edged out by Roby who was also superb. However, you are massively overstating the position by saying the ebb and flow of the game was down to his presence or absence.

He was embarrased about the one for the try after the game in the bar, and quite rightly so aswell. That was an easier one to deal with than the first one he made a mess of.
As for handling two high balls very well for assists . Well done to the lad for been on a par with what you would expect from ANY winger in the league.

There is a pattern here .... numerous players approached in bar after game by alien from planet gotcha ....
players smile, nod and agree with everything alien says ....
alien quickly returns to planet gotcha .... players breathe sigh of relief

LMAO.
Gotcha is a fantasist.
I am going to have to come out and say it Gotcha. You invent conversations with players and officials to support your bat[ishi[/it loony tunes opinions.

So, let me get this straight. When Donald beats a winger on an attacking kick to set up a try it's just what he should be doing and he gets no credit but when Saints are on attack and he concedes one in the same circumstances he gets stick for not stopping it?
You can't have it both ways.
Perhaps you shouldn't expect the superman- like standards from other players that you see in your hero, Buderus.

Of course I do. I invent been in the bar full stop after the game. Hell I even invented been at the game, and as I have no television or nobody close to me as either I failed to watch it all too.
You do realise though that the players are available in the bar after each and every game for the very reason for people to approach?

| If Graham or Peacock had produced the two offloads at the end of the game the MOS award would already be on their way. Great play by Bailey and a good all round performance from him.

Let me get this straight. Are you seriously saying that Ade Garder dealt well with the kicks?
Both wingers had high kicks put up to them, both defensively dealt with them poorly. Both offensively dealt with them how you would expect them to do.
You do realise there is a difference between offence and defence don't you?
