| It's amazing what a win and a few signings due for confidence. If we lose today, there is pressure on us, especially in the head to heads. Now with that win, the reality is that we just need to win the results of hudds, London or kr to be safe. Sounds pretty easy over 9 games. Really it's going to be tough, but a couple of results in the spin and you find yourself out of the dog right as Wigan have done
Aside from us, i fear for Huddersfield. They haven't been down here all season, so are not battle hardened. Leeds, London and kr have made changes and form is on the up. I'm not sure giants have got rock bottom yet

| A very big win this weekend for the Wildcats because if they had lost then they would have been in the dog fight big time, but they now have a 4 point cushion over the bottom 4 which should be enough as I cant see all (or any) of the bottom 4 winning 3 more games than the Wildcats
I still have London to be bottom which would be a shame for the competition as they have been great this year and have already exceeded all expectations and have not spent anywhere close to the budgets of the sides that they are competing against in SL

| Quote Gotcha="Gotcha"Too much is made is Smith to be honest. Last two weeks he has been there and they have looked poop. For me, depends on London results, because I think Hull KR are the worst of the teams down there. But do see exactly what you are saying in the Huddersfield point.'"
You have to be kidding? With a host of injured players now back and key signings like Parcell I'd say Rovers look far stronger than London.
Already under Smith Rovers have beaten 2nd placed Warrington and then 3rd placed Hull and you say that is poop.
Rovers look more energised and in much better shape under Smith. Rovers haven't had a full back or hooker all season and often have had just one prop forward available. Now with Quinlan back, Parcell signed up and prop forwards recruited to support the excellent Garbutt & Masoe things look much better.
I'd agree that anything is still possible but without the unexpected Tony Smith inspired wins against Wire & Hull ...Rovers would be 4 points adrift so Tony Smith has already had a huge impact.

No, I said you played poop, and looked poop. The fact you got two lucky results has nothing to do with it, congratulations on that.

| If we can win the next two, we could well be 4 points clear of London and HKR with a much better points difference, and only 7 games left for them to win 3 more than Leeds do.
Big fortnight coming up...

Hey honestly the atmosphere, belief and performance at Hull KR has been transformed by the energy of Tony Smith.

| The win against Catalans, Martin signing and run of home games should be enough to keep us up you would think.
Huddersfield and London looking patchy at the wrong time.
However there are more wins in the bottom sides and there will be more twists and turns yet.

| Whilst a run of wins is obviously what we need we need to be realistic, us and the other three are on a relegation dog fight because we haven't been able to string results together.
I don't see us going on a winning run but we have enough winnable games left to pick up at least 8 points. I see us winning one losing one and so on but that should be enough to see us clear but it will be pretty close.
I see why people are tipping Hudds but I just think London's renaissance hit a wall yesterday and I think they may have given everything they have now. I fear for them.

Thing is London could go down with heads held high and reputations of players and coaches enhanced. Not saying it would be a good thing but it would be the least bad outcome if they were relegated IMO.
They don’t necessarily have the capability to start signing NRL players to bolster their squad either.
On paper Leeds are starting to look something like.
I also think the crowd at Emerald has a part to play with this run of home games.
