Yep agree mate. Rutter looks like a bit of a show pony at times. Lacks urgency and fire in his belly. Always played the easy option instead of trying to be a threat himself. He was good on Saturday so I will let him off tonight but i expected him to kick on after that performance which is a concern.

shacks was excellent.
strjuik was good but should have done much better with the goal.
spence has passed his medical apparently

Yes he played well on Saturday and I thought I was going to eat my words.
Leave the fancy stuff to the lads on the wings.
Get your head down and shoot on sight.
As I say his penalty was amateurish for our biggest money signing and shows he lacks confidence. |

Rutter just looks he's got zero confidence, bambi on ice esq.
I was hoping that after his goal at the weekend that would be the spark but seems like he really needs an arm round him and nursing back to confidence. £35m has put a LOT of pressure on him and at the moment its dragging him under.

I don't think it's coincidence that Rutter's best game was when he played with Piroe, Sinistera and Gnonto. He was playing with better players in comparison to the level of football, and I'm sure having Piroe as the new signing took pressure off. He's only 21 and has a hefty price tag over him. Hopefully some time and he'll hit some good form |
