| We must be in for a half, and willing to looking at Australian halves as we talked to Hastings. That talk was whilst also being linked to Gale, so we are looking.

| We got an Aussie halfback in Lui. We needed someone immediately. That's the problem with signing during a crisis.

| Let`s hope we do have something in the bag as all I see is decent acquisitions going by the wayside and signing for other clubs Hastings was the one that got away without doubt.
If we stick with Lui and Myler we will I`m sure be scrapping it out again at the bottom next year IF we stay up this year that is.

| I think we have dodged a bullet with George Burgess to be honest. Only one Burgess I would want and its certainly not that one !!

I think that’s dead right and we’re struggling to break out of the negative cycle.

| What we can do is make clear that new contracts have to be earned, and that moving forward our younger players will get genuine chances to prove themselves.
Despite all the signings this year there's barely a senior player I'd be too fussed to lose, which is really shocking, and on paper we look way behind sts and wire for next year. The gap to Wigan looks likely to be bigger as well.
The most important signing has to be the next coach. I'd be completely underwhelmed if we start next year with Agar.

| Honestly mate, with the standard of rugby that’s been played for the last few years, the massive lack of quality in the squad, and the total lack of anything exciting coming in for next year, if they do appoint Agar I’d say there will be a serious downturn in attendance and therefore revenue.
They have to get the right coach, and they have to do it soon. With Saints coming into the market for a coach for next year, that’s another we will probably lose on as well.
The hole is getting deeper...

| I don't disagree. On the bright side we could go next year unbeaten if we're relegated...
If we stay up I don't know how we can do enough to get near the top for next year. Even with a new coach the gap to wire, Wigan and sts is likely to get bigger. With the most optimistic viewing our back three and halfbacks ate way off, as is our front row.

| Back three is full back and wingers. Back row looks to be our only relative strength.

This doesn't sound too promising about Sezer wanting to leave Canberra or more importantly the NRL
(Unless he's playing hard ball as he's under contract for 2020 and wants a pay off to leave and get his salary off their cap space?)
