The sky game choice by sky is weird to me. Granted I am biased, but every year we get to see the champions open the season.
Instead of Leeds hull KR both top 8 we are treated to a championship side vs bottom of super league table

| Five out of the first seven away from home (including visits to Wigan and Saints), could be another slow start to the season ahead.

| Anyone know, or care, why the Easter derby is at Odsal again when, based on the pattern of the past eight years, it should be our turn to host it?

Article by Peter Smith in the Evening Post newspaper says that the Rhinos requested an away fixture on that date?

At the end of the season you'll have Saints fans writing to the RL press complaining that Leeds have got an advantage because they have so many home games in the second half of the season. It happened this year with Wigan.

| Hmm Leeds requested to play at Odsal on Good Friday :/ that could turn out to be a good move from Leeds.

Shows how far that game has fallen when they've gone for Wire/Widnes on telly on the Thursday instead of this one.

To be fair Wire are in Perpignan on Easter Monday so it's been the case over the last few years that whoever played them played then on Thursday.

| I've just subscribed to the Rhinos Internet Calendar (rlhttps://www.therhinos.co.uk/rugby/1st_team_download.phprl) which should synch with my phone.
Presuming that the super efficient Phil Daly keeps this up to date I'll get pop-up reminders on my phone before each game, even if the time/date changes.
Proper geek I know.

| You are an optimist Fat Boy. The fixtures when first issued had Leeds playing Hull KR on Thursday the 2nd Feb and playing the Bulls at Gratton stadium on the 26/27th May, when all other SL teams are in Manchester!!
Brewery, P*** up and organise spring to mind

In the past 2 years those teams have been Leeds and Bradford, but our Thursday fixture has been held for longer than that. Indeed, only when other clubs couldn't secure there own grounds has the fixture been moved for a good few years now.

I subscribed to that last year and they were pretty good at updating it as/when fixtures changed. I was impressed to find this years fixtures in my calendar by Monday morning, which is a good starting point in my view.
