Coaches dont lose games, players do. Yours have had a great run but current squad are now grinding gears, time to find a new engine. Happens to every successful club, you cant win everything all the time. Highs are followed by lows, its the name of the game.

Hanley did great job at saints. He gave the team the mental attitude that helped saints win so many big games.
The only draw back with hanley is he plays boring 1 out rugby.
