I can remember him playing one game at Headingley with an 8 on his back but thought that was his only appearance. Pesky alzheimers.

I could have sat here for the next two decades and wouldn'y have remembered Mick Worrall. I also was under the impression that we won that game but, now I think about it, I do seem to remember coming away from the ground a little miffed.
The interesting thing about Worrall's appearances are the two Halifax games. Away result lost comfortably but, the home game was won by a country mile. Doesn't that tell you everything you need to know about the Leeds team of that era?
Didn't we get well and truly waxed by Widnes in the JP Trophy not long after the Halifax result?
