Well, we’ve been 1 million times better with the ball, some lovely touches, but still a lot of improvement there too. Defensively, we’ve been committed in our own 10, and rooted to the floor outside it. Overall an improvement, but shows the size of the task ahead.

Well not to speak to soon but this is the playing to win coaching philosophy rather than agars playing not to lose, and I like it. We've passed and offloaded the ball more than we have all year. Few defensive fix ups needed mind.

What a half of entertaining rugby. Our attack is unrecognisable - superb. We now need some line speed on d , as this is non existent , but our scramble has made up for it.

Call me mad but leeds lower intensity defence looks tactical rather focusing on getting spacings and contact right.

If that’s the case, it tells you two things. 1) that we have a very long way to go to get to dominant defence. 2) that it’s great to have a real coach again for the first time in years.
