| I would keep Peteru, very useful prop, just had a couple of injuries this year. Can't really compare him to cuthbo as they are very different types of players.
I'd be speaking to Wigan about taking one of their many speedy wingers, I think some real pace out wide is what we are missing. I would keep Tom and Ash buy ditch Luke in favour of said speedy winger.

| Why would you keep both existing wings if you signed another?

| They've got to move everything possible to get Maloney in for Myler

| I don't think it has to be Maloney, but a halfback who can't manage or execute last tackle plays isn't a halfback at all. That's Myler BTW.
Lui is nothing more than solid, so unless we add a bit more class our halfbacks still reek of mediocrity.

| Maloney and Burgess? Yeah right. I can see us ending up with Matty Smith and Amor. Time to get real, were not that ambitious anymore.

| I’m still thinking Sezer from Canberra. Little bit younger than Maloney, could well be a bit cheaper, good kicking game and a running game too. Maybe not Maloney’s outright magic but solid and offers something different to Lui.
Either would be a big upgrade for us. We’ve lost quite a few right games this year, we’re not as far off as it might seem at times.

| Sezer would have a similar impact to Hastings which would be superb. Maloney would be ideal and have a Blake Austin like impact but its reasonably short term with Maloney and v expensive. Maloney could possibly do 3 more years at a push.. but it might only be 2.. interesting to see what happens but its clear as hell Myler has to go and we need a big upgrade IF we stay up.

| Isn’t Sezer more of a 7 and Maloney more of a 6? A 7 is what we need and been 5 years younger I think Sezer would be a better long term signing than Maloney.

| I'd love us to get Sezer think he be very good in SL and with George Williams going to Canberra one of there halves have to be leaving they currently have Jack Wighton, Aiden Sezer and Sam Williams, they would never get rid or Wighton he a club favourite and Sezer is still under contract by them for next year, I noticed Sam Williams is the half who's off Contract so maybe George Williams is replacing Sam Williams at Canberra and they want to keep Sezer, if we were to go for Sezer we'd have to pay Canberra a fee and wouldn't be that cheap, but if Sam Williams is off contract I wouldn't mind us going for him he's 28 and was very good for Catalans and Wakey over here think him and Lui would be a good halfback partnership for next year personally.

| Sam was a bit of a one-trick pony over here - great kicking game but abject in defence as I remember.
I know halves find it more difficult physically on the whole - but my shining example is always Rob Burrow. Heart of a f-g lion and saw him take down much bigger men nine times out of ten through speed, technique and attitude.
