If we could get 25-30 million for Phillips and Clarke as a pair we could really get the players needed to get us out next season.

I wouldn't want to lose either, particularly Clarke but if we are serious about going for promotion this squad needs a few proven quality players at Championship level to make the final step.

I wouldn't be looking to sell any of our best players unless it's for silly money.

Its not always that simple. If the players want the move and you can't knock any player for wanting to earn more money and play in a better league then you have to accept it and get what you can no point keeping an unhappy player.

Whatever happens lets hope movement happens quick especially on the manager front so we can move forward.

Good news Bielsa`s staying on for another season.
Just need to invest and get some decent loan signings in from the Premiership.

We are in for an interesting summer for sure. Bielsa must be happy with the backing he will surely have asked for.

So, it's been all but confirmed we'll be concentrating on bringing loan players in, and unless we get some investment in or sell some players, we won't be doing much spending. If we make another financial loss like we're likely to post this year, then we'll be looking at a big points deduction the following season.

I think Radz is clever enough to work around that. Hes pretty astute. I wouldn't be surprised if he wasnt working on additional investment behind the scenes. The 49ers owners who are on board are an interesting one..

There's interest from the Qatari owners of PSG, but Rad won't sell anymore of his stake in the club, unless we get promoted.

That doesnt surprise me his stance there. He knows if they go up he will get treble the value for the club and he thinks bielsa gives us a greater chance of doing so. Risky but i understand it. I think he may tap into 49ers for a few more quid

I reckon we will sell one or possibly two depending on how much we make from the deal before we bring in 2 or 3 new signings.
