first off he doesnt want to put pressure on his team mates but is more than happy to do it to a super league team. second our fans are a million times more vocal and creative with the chants than aussies. he will just get mullered week in week out if he came over here.

Your points granted but the Aussie media is far worse than ours, plus the attention the media give RL in Oz is 10x that SL gets in the UK. He'll get more on the pitch but at least he'll be able to live a normal life off it |

The Aussie media is far worse than ours??? Have you never been to a newsagent in England then? There is a reason that everyone says the British tabloid media is about as bad as it gets.
Monaghan gets more media attention in Aus as league is a bigger sport, but if it were a SL player the British tabloids would have given it massive coverage.

We have enough outside backs yes, but do we have one as good as him?
That should be the question not only Leeds should ask themselves, but other clubs also. Is there any club in Super League with a better centre than him currently? |

Personlly I don't think there is a centre as good as him in super league. Therefore IMO ANY club who has the space in the cap and quota space available, and has a will to be the best, should be fighting each other out to get this guy. |

At the moment we have Webb ,Ali,Kylie,Cross,Buderus,Delaney and we have signed Hauraki.
Obviously how the rule stands some of the above are exempt but i doubt we could sign Monaghan. |
