Unfortunately and i give him a little leeway due to his injuries , poor coaching of the team and poor team mates he does not have many good games

Ive never understood that attitude at all.

If we continue to play as poorly and scrape a win then in the grand scheme of things i could see the argument for preferring to lose if it gets RS nearer the exit door as it would be a 'hollow' 2 points. Going into the game id love to see a performance that really indicated that we're capable of much better than weve seen.

But that’s presuming Smith goes, personally id prefer us to win and play well whoever is in charge, especially as were not far off (points wise) the teams above, if we were rock bottom id kind of understand it

Thats why i say going into the game i hope we see a really positive reaction and performance, but if its scraping 2 points then i cant get excited about that or see that the 2 points is anything more than a sticking plaster over a bottom side that means little when we come up against better teams.

I’d start Ackers for this one, and drop Roberts with Edgell on wing, TNW on the bench. Would even consider something like Johnson, Lisone, TNW and O’Connor for the bench and use Jarrod more in the middle. Plenty of energy to bring on then.Johnson has been playing well recently.

Only Fusitua, Holroyd and Bentley missing from the first 13 jersey numbers. No excuses today, we must perform.

To be fair Fus and Holroyd make a big difference and even with Bentley maybe we miss his competitiveness.

But yes we should be winning the game today.

I'm no fan of Roberts but I would still play him over Edgell who looks far too light weight ATM for SL.This should be a comfortable win.If we lose then I can't see how Smith can keep his position.

Is Roberts dropped? I personally wouldn't play Edgell anywhere other than FB, when Miller is out.
