If Hardaker isn't fully fit no point risking him imo we already have enough players out so risking a player who isn't 100% won't improve our chances of winning or losing imo. I'd actually go with this 17.

Very young team especially in halves if we go with that but be good to see them getting game time I'd completely right us off if Smith hadn't got some of our players back in form and Toulouse won't be a easy task especially in France but they are bottom of league for a reason (for now).
