We started the season a prop short. I get they hadn't expected Ava to leave but we are missing someone who can make some ground and bust some tackles.
Now with injuries and bans we are back to relying on "Middles" who don't have the skill or strength to really do much and by 60mins have been bashed so hard they just get rolled.

The new rules are one thing, I just don't get how you can bin a player for 10 minutes, let him back on to finish the game then ban him again, it's madness.

James Bentleys name is already down for 3 games in anticipation of Friday night.

Gonna be very interesting to see the response from the team Fri. This could go either way.

We are short of props but this team should still be good enough to win, if we don’t get a big fired up response something is desperately wrong. Obviously if Oledzki is good to play he should be in, presuming he isn’t.

I’d just be interested to see fusi at centre, and Tindall is the only player who’s given us some excitement this year!

Oledzki at loose forward, Leeming and Prior in the 2nd row, Bentley at hooker with Martin and Smith at prop. I suppose it’s worth a try, it can’t really be any worse than before.

We do have lots of forwards, especially "middles". Loads of those.
