If we can manage to limp into the play offs ( mathematically percentage wise) and whilst also having with a fully fit squad of players to choose from, Then IMO we could certainly ruffle some feathers in the play offs

Of cause it matters I always want our team to do the best they can. We know it doesn't to you as you have mentioned loads of times. I think and hope you are right about next season.

Well for starters we surely can’t have worse luck with injuries , can we?
The squad looks way stronger in the key half positions too.
We may get a credible season next year, but the way things are going I wouldn’t even guarantee that.....

Have I read this wrong but Hull go above us whilst only winning half of their games, the percentage point system could be really cruel for the 7th place team!

Hull FC currently just in front of us as they’ve had a draw this season early doors v Warrington which keeps them just above us on the PPG calculation

I know which is kind of my point, We have win more than half of our games yet below them in the league, I appreciate there’s probably no fair way of deciding the league this year but it would be annoying to miss out this n something like that

We still have to play them (and rovers) so the final placings should look fairer than they do currently. I do take your point though

With the remaining fixtures and the depleted squad we have, I cannot really see us in all honesty picking many further points up.Unless of course Covid rears its ugly head in the opposition camps. Surely we are due a 24-0 somewhere along the line.

Should be a Saints - Cats final this year in all honesty.
Don’t think winning the title is as meaningful in these crazy times - the competition standard isn’t brilliant anyway plus with the unfairness and disruption…

I’m relaxed about this season. If we can jag a play-offs place fair dos, anything can happen. Really though next year we should be top-4 and really pushing on.
