| I'd rather see where the first team's at before taking a look at the youngsters, maybe give them games in the CC if the draw's right for it. The argument that youngsters need experience is valid but likewise there's a lot of team development still to be done, ideally with minimum disruption.

| Leeds by 30 points tonight. Also give a couple of kids some experience tonight. Would like to see Gale and McLennand in the halves.

All opinions mate and I wouldn't claim for a minute that mine's based upon any great knowledge of what the young lads are capable of.
FWIW I wouldn't change a team that's playing fairly well too much, regardless of opposition. OTOH I'd be just as happy to see youngsters given a crack against any opposition, weak or otherwise, if the team had been performing poorly. So no lack of confidence in youngsters on my part, more a case of disagreeing that the right time to play them is tomorrow just because the opposition is perceived to be weak.

| I would stick with Gale and Lui in the halves as it's a new combination that needs time to develop, but I see no reason not to give Holroyd a run.

| Can't believe so much discussion around team selection for this game. After the performance against Warrington it should be the strongest available selection.Potentially we will go top of the league with a big win if only for 24 hours. The only topic for discussion should be Myler or Sutcliffe at full back and if greenwood comes onto the bench. Plenty of time down the line to blood promising youngsters when a strong league position has been established and physical demands require players being rested. With only 4 games played we should be refining the on field combinations and enhancing their understanding of each other not tinkering with a winning team. If we lose a couple or form dips then make changes. How would any player feel that played in a 36 nil victory against one of the pre comp favourites and then lost their place

I agree to a large extent in what you are saying and we are only 4 games in to the season and combinations need time to bed in.
With regards to how players might feel if dropped I would say it`s now a squad that needs to be considered and grooming one player against perceived weaker opposition probably would not be too disruptive.
Giving Holroyd a game at the expense of say Oledzki or Cuthbertson wouldn`t be too much of a risk imo.
But I think Greenwood will get the nod anyway and we are looking at Dwyer playing another full 80 which I don`t agree with.

Totally agree.
Sutty to FB. Myler on the bench who can then cover hooker if needed and can come in at FB and let sutty push up to second row.
We are a team that has had now momentum for two seasons. We have three wins and people think we should start resting players!
Consistency is key at this stage of the teams development.

Listening to Agar in the presser, I think we’re looking at either Myler or Handley in the FB roll and we need to hope they can both do a job there as it doesn’t sound like Walker will be back anytime soon.
I’m very wary about this game, I think Toronto may spring a surprise on us and put in a very good performance.
However if we do lose it’s not the end of the world, I can see us having a pattern of winning a couple then losing a couple all season. Although I hope we can continue the winning streak early on in the season and Salford, Hull KR and Toronto carry on with their losing streak, I want to be ‘safe’ from relegation as early as possible this year.

| This is a big game for me. The week after the benchmark game.
Can we back up? Can we go after a team on a poor run of results and not relax or let up? Can we make a statement?
I have to say I’m massively impressed with what Agar has done with Leeds since coming in. It’s easy to get up for Warrington with all the hype and star players - but can we bring the right attitude to this game?
Of course making a cameo at the top of the table would be nice too; been a while!
A bigger pack worked last week: wouldn’t expect Toronto to roll over but we can dominate them up front if we get the selection right, given their injuries. I’d take them on and get the young bulls into them. When you’re tiring the last thing you want is Oledski and/or Holroyd trampling you.
