I would never take Huddersfield away lightly in the regular rounds, they always seem to find an extra gear against us whatever the team is and we are not exactly at full strength ourselves.add in the fact they will have points to prove with a new coach on the horizon they will be up for it.

I would take any win today and monday and be very happy, it's a tough period for all teams.

As a general rule, we're not a team that wins big. I see no reason for that happening tomorrow.

McDermott press conference - Ferres unlikely to backup on Monday but that depends on who else comes through the Hudds game fit/injured. Ward and Sutcliffe could feature on Monday and out of nowhere Keinhorst could feature too.

If Handley plays well Friday both Sutcliffe and Keinhorst should not make the starting line up unless they get a spot on the bench.
It would be good to get Ward back maybe for the Wakefield game.
Cuthbertson and Garbutt would do for the Wigan game

It would be shear madness to play Handley both Friday and Monday, if either Sutcliffe or Keinhorst are fit.

We have 12 players injured or with late fitness tests- 2 debutants in the squad and a couple of others who’ve only played a handful. If brough roberts and ikahihifo play they will be playing busted.

Dropped points as far as I am concerned, we should be burying sides like this, this is why we have only 3 LLS and not 5-6 we drop too many points at sides we should be despatching with ease.

It’s probably why we have 8 SL titles rather than 3 or 4 though. We build for the end of the year.

These are the sort of games that we won in the past due to Sinfield's goal kicking skills. Once again having scored more tries than the opposition yet still not winning we need the players to score their tries nearer to the posts in future.

Poor result against a rubbish team. We seem to making a habit of dropping points to teams languishing near the bottom of the table. Extremely frustrating.
