I think the Training Ground and Equipment should move to Wetherby. It's still in Leeds and you'd be able to monitor the flooding situation for the club.

Flooding by the River Aire is very predictable. Businesses can sign up to get flood warnings direct by phone from the Environment Agency. While a few hours warning might not be enough to do everything there may be a fair bit of equipment that can be moved.
Buildings can be made flood-proof with a bit of investment too - like having flood gates on doors, airbricks that close when the water rises, electrics moved so that plugs are at waist height or higher etc. As for the pitches - that's a bit more difficult but having a backup arrangement is basic business continuity planning.
It's not rocket science. I'd be happy to advise Leeds Rugby on this for a small fee.

Although Denmark (Euro 96 Soccer) and Scotland (RUWC 2015) were delighted with the facilities, the grass at Weetwood isn't up to the same high quality world class sports scientific standard which Leeds Whinos are accustomed to. It allegedly lacks pigmentation and is considered to be a tad chlorophyll deficient. Moreover, it's considered too long by about 1.5 mm resulting in boot stud chafing!
Poor mites. No wonder they've been all at sea with their performances thus far in SL, photosynthesis notwithstanding.

The postcode is a historical direction for mail to reach the local sorting office via a main sorting office and does not relate to the area the postcode is in. In the same way that a telephone dialing code relates to a telephone exchange.
