I think he's talking about Sinfield(?) He couldn't have been talking about McGuire based on that second half, surely?

| Not to take away from Singleton but I thought Watkins was streets ahead of anybody for MOM. Only one who could hold his head up high at half time and got even better in the 2nd half.
Good to see Singleton get good game time (especially when things weren't going our way), helped changed the tide but the absolutely massive gap in the Hull defence he ran through for the first McGuire try summed up the 2nd half showing from Hull.

Agreed. He's the best English player to watch when he's at his best.

| Yeah just worried about Sinfield at the mo, just seems to be well off the pace so far and having no influence on proceedings. Plenty of other positives in the team which I really should be more upbeat about.!!!

| Too many errors in the first half plus the odd bad call from the ref meant we never had enough possession and had no momentum at all. Credit should go to our defense which kept us in the game at 12-0 and in particular JJB who once again put in a huge effort. Great come back in the 2nd half with some quality tries and despite things not going his way in the first half McGuire showed his true class after half time.
All the subs played their part and it was good to see Burrow doing his stuff.

Apologises I thought you meant McGuire. As for Sinfield, yes I agree he still struggled 2nd half. First half TBF when he got the ball he had no one beside him to move it on to and kind of summed up our first half. Still him rallying the troops behind the posts after Pryce's 2nd try compared to the bottom-lip sulking of Brough a week ago I think still highlights how crucial it is to have him out there directing things.

| How lucky am I? I only got in in time to watch the second half, so as far as I could see that was our best game in years. Clinical, full of flair, running hard in the middle, actually getting the ball to Watkins in a bit of space, even running some set plays. Everything we've been crying out for the past couple of years. How much of it was down to Hull, I don't know, but I'm happy to celebrate some fantastic viewing.

| KR fan here, just a thank you for an enjoyable 40 minutes of telly! Saying that Rhinos were simply awesome second half, one of the best 40 minutes I seen from any side in years, quite frightening at times, just blew a big Hull pack away!

| Remember Adam Pearson being herelded as the saviour and God of Hull FC a few years back around the time of the Luke Briscoe debate, who would wipe the floor with Gary Hetherington and teach him a lesson.....they don't seem that happy with him now over on the Hull board though

Yep. Stuart Cummings just flat out lying with regard to the rules. Whilst still a harsh call, in my opinion, I can see why Silverwood gave it as a penalty in real time with only one look.
Cummings comments were unacceptable. His job is to explain the rules. Not make up bull just to pretend the referee got the decision correct.

Exactly. He said that Hardaker was "nowhere near the ball".....he collided with the guy trying to catch it FFS, so clearly must've been somewhere NEAR the ball.
Having Cummings in the commentary was a novelty at first, but it's easily run its course now and just get rid. The more Brian Carney and Barrie McDermott and Jon Wells we hear the better. Whilst I don't wish him ill health and hope he recovers, it's been nice not to have Stevo commentating recently. Cummings and Clarke should go.....although to be fair to Clarke he didn't sound desperate for the opposition to beat Leeds tonight....he must hold a serious grudge against Hull then I'm guessing.
