| Quote: BrisbaneRhino "Having thought about it, I think BM should stick with basically the 17 that got hammered by Wigan. The main reason being I don't think it would be fair to dump a bunch of kids into a side that doesn't seem to give a t*ss. The other reason is simply to challenge the team to do far better.
If we were playing a weaker team I'd shove a few youngsters in there, but I don't think it would help their development to face Warrington ATM.'"
Although I have to agree with you......asking the kids to step up at this stage is a big ask.
That however, sums up the situation over the last couple of seasons......a reticence to drop/rest first teamers until a point is reached where it becomes too risky to introduce them for fear of dropping even more league points.
If Leeds lose this Friday the next match becomes even more important to winhis[/i future on untested kids.
Too late again then this season for the likes of Ambler, Ward, Singleton, D.Smith, Hood, Chisholm etc to establish themselves for the following season.

| So the answer to all our prayers is to bring back Griffin and Kirke.
Well that says it all.
If from what I am hearing that player power is running the club in the shape of JP and Sinfield.
Then we should get rid now IMO.
Didn`t they get rid of McLennan too?
The trouble with this team is that they have become legends in their own right.
And even when they can`t cut it at the highest level anymore they themselves think they are indespensable.
Pretty much like the Leeds Utd team did when the likes of Clough came in.
I`m not saying it is all down to the two players mentioned and both have given their all to the club over the years.
But if GH is so fully behind the coach then it could be the players who think they know best and will ruin the club. Let`s see how they perform on Friday and if we do not win then bring in 3 or 4 of the youngsters like Singleton, Chisholm, Kleinhorst and Ward.

| I have no problems with minor changes for this game. Warrington are too good a side to throw in a bunch of tyros against. But this ought to be the core team's last chance to show they can do it THIS season, never mind next. If they get hammered again, BM may as well make wholesale changes from then on in.

| I think Moore is unlucky to be dropped.
Guessing it will be
Webb
Smith/BJB
Ablett
Hardaker
Hall
Sinfield
Burrow
Leuluai
Lunt
Peacock
JJB
Delaney
Clarkson
Bailey, Griffin, Hauraki, Ward
Would prefer seeing Bailey at Loose though with Moore stepping up to the bench with Clarkson missing out.

| I'll go for Kirke scoring a last-minute winning try to relieve the pressure on McDermott

| Why is everyone so desperate to put Hardaker at full back in this particular game? That may be where he ends up, but he's only played there for Fev, and never against the sort of quality he'll face against Wire. Even if that is his preferred long term position, I'd wait until after this game to give him a go there. I'm not entirely sure he'd be as big a success as some hope anyway if he can't pass to his left.
