You would have to eat a lot of tuna, chicken and baked beans to get the protein you can get out of a few whey protein shakes. I find they compliment my busy lifestyle perfectly. Don't know about you but I don't fancy eating tuna, baked beans or chicken when I get up for work in the morning. Couple of fat scoops of chocolate whey protein in with a good shot of porridge oats, skinny milk, honey and all blended up in an electric blender hits the spot for me at 7am.
OOooeeer, get her! Skinny milk!
Try a bacon butty flower. Got to be with brown sauce though. That'll start yer day off right, and put some lead in yer pencil!

We believe Wire have always been a bigger club than Leeds.
This was always going to be a season of transition for the Rhinos so patience is needed. You lot all wanted McClennan out anyway.
Leeds were never going to compete with the big clubs,ie Wire,in this particular season.

Exactly and MacD said at the pre-season sponsors meeting, "I want to get away from the Australian style of play". Well he's succeeded in that all right.

You don't seem to be getting the drift of most of the posts here. It's not a case of Leeds fans expecting a trip to Old traford or Wembley. If they get beaten after putting a 100% effort in then hey-ho. The majority of these guys have been world-beaters on their day and are playing like chumps at the mo. Our defence is pathetic. Something is badly wrong behind the scenes, it's not down to Mags and JP being out.
Maybe it is a Bulls conspiricy to wreck our season with two of their finest at the coaching helm at Headingley

If that is the case, there's not enough of them walking stangely.

McDermott's credentials were never good enough to get the Leeds job however when we were at our peak with Tony Smith as the coach our defence was rock solid and I presumed McDermott was our defensive coach. The reason for this was that when McDermott left to go to London our defence was never as solid. Last years performances were about brilliant individual long distance tries but our defence was dreadful. Bringing McD in one would have thought that the first thing he would do was to sort the defence out. He appears to have totally neglected this in favour of throwing the ball about with gay abandon. When we were 10 nil up yesterday I said that I'd settle for that if we could nil them! We seemed to have several new set moves but all we did was go through them and fail to draw a man resulting in us not gaining any ground - might of well have stuck to one man rugby a la Northern.

| and another thing, what the hell does he say to them at half time? They come out worse than when they went in. The only time we came out better in the 2nd half recently was at Wakefield when a certain GH stormed into the dressing room at half time, none too happy, and read the riot act!

1157.jpg It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.:1157.jpg |

| There are two fundamental questions here:
1. Are we improving as the season progresses?
2. Does GH think we can improve to a level that he finds acceptable?
Depending on the answers to the above, BMD will either be Leeds coach next year or not. Either way I don't see him leaving before the end of this season as GH won't sack him mid season, and he certainly won't leave of his own accord.
