| Anyone else not been able to get to Headingley tonight? Dad left home in plenty of time (around 6.30) and has just got back home, having waited ages for a bus. We live in Morley and our buses turn round at Moor Allerton, so guess they were pretty badly affected (though to be fair, doesn't take much to scupper the 51/55 bus service, they are lousy at the best of times) - just wondered how many others had trouble tonight.

| There has been discussion about BJB not playing to scratch and a few others, but there is one area that have to take the biggest responsibily - the forwards.
They didn't make the hard yards going forward and were soft, very very soft, down the middle.
And yes it was the usual suspects. I thought they were collectively poor apart from Kylie who put himself about with ball in hand and without. Pitts is also exempt from blame as he only got limited game time, that is another mystery in itself.
I challenged Biff to put in quality performances for a string of 6 games, he doesn't seem capable of doing this. His best charge, and only decent carry, came in the last 5 minutes. That speaks volumes.
Because the forwards weren't laying the platform, it meant that Sinfield and Burrow were left going laterally and in result going no-where.
In defence, they were caught out again always round the ruck, lazy getting back - concete feet, the corners were cut again. The Bulls showed us up in this area and the Quins have done the same. It's the Rhinos weakest area. No-one commands the middle of the park, no-one commands ownership. That's where you feel the loss of JP and Bailey. The sooner these are back the better.
With JP you get that freak carting the ball and with TMFMISL you get someone who will marshall the line in defence. Knowing when to commit, knowing what holes to fill, knowing that just because you aren't physically involved in the tackle doesn't mean you have no responsibility in defence. We are shouting out for that organisation.
One of the highlights against Hull was how Buderus contolled the pace of the PTB area. This didn't happen against Quins we were slow and dis-jointed. Buderus' runs from here didn't happen either.
I feel with Webb's masterful, danger-zone, attacking distribution we would have gone more than 6-0 up. But it's one that got away.
