Ground sharding makes no difference whatsover. There will still be 2 clubs, how does that reduce the teams to get one promoted?

Grow some balls RFL and get a strong one club team in the Cas/Wakey area.

Ourselves ( Cas ) and Wakefield are not poor clubs whatsoever. It's easy for you to look down on us just because you are a supporter of a very big club.

A groundshare would prevent either getting hoofed out of SL because that's the biggest minus against both.
Why should there be only 1 club in that area?
Both have been top 8 contenders and neither are on the verge of going under financially.
Both have produced some good youth also the ground share makes perfect sense for both clubs to continue to develop and grwo and tthen if it's viable in the future build a stadium for 1 to use on their own.
If the RFL are to grow some balls then the Quinns and Crusaders will be under as much threat as both of the above.

IIRC Cas were open to the idea but Wakey weren't?

That's my reading of it. Both will quite happily ground share but only at their preferred M62 junction.

The only slight difference between them being that Wakefield got their retaliation in first by abandoning the joint feasability study.
