Totally agree.
Further to this, dirty doesn't just mean penalties and daft going-on.
It's about getting your hands dirty in the tackle.
It's an area we have not made the most of this year. Far too soft in the tackle.
No velocity at all in this area. We need to re-ignite the killer instinct.
If a player slips and falls - smash 'em. Not just nicely fall on them so they are tackled. Let's give teams some grief again.
I'm hoping this is an area we will crank up starting this week. |

The video referee. Andy Coley's red card against Catalans came after James Child recieved advice from the video ref of the severity of the challenge. Ganson recieved advice on Friday yet decided to ignore it and place the incident on report instead |

IMO your not a dirty team you may have a few players who are right on the edge of physical/dirty as do most teams but you play top class rugby. Dirty team no, hard physical team yes.
