Can i just say that the Cas fans who actually went to the game tonight dont feel like that (well i don't)
I spoke to a few Rhinos fans tonight after the game and yes they admitted that we were the best team and deserved our win but this win doesnt make our season (far from it) and im not going to get carried away because knowing us we will get rolled over by Warrington next week. As far as im concerned there is still 26 rounds to go and my season doesn't end just because we have beat you at your place. I am sure..... no im positive you will bounce back from this because Leeds as a team are too good not to.
Good luck for the rest of the season apart from when you visit Wheldon Road (I hate calling it the Jungle)

| Cas deserved their win.
I feel it's harder for Leeds to put 100% in these games at the start of the year after winning three consecutive championships. They always know they'll be there or thereabouts come the business end but it's a good reminder that you cannot just turn up and expect to win, you have to earn that right.

| It's good to see Classy Cas starting off their season with a good win against last years champs and Rhino's at home too.
For a Champ side, that boast of having such massive attendences, it is surprising that only 5000 could be bothered to give Discin a thank you for all his loyalty to them. Thank goodness we Hull fans at leat know how to thank players for the same kind of loyalty. Is it cos the general 'attendences' are mainly freebes and therefore not feeling the same sort of loyalty..........just a thought...grannyfan Cindy

Go easy. Remember his bladders caved in. Its hard to type properly when distracted by a leaking 'Tena for men' pad.

was the ref that bad for you tonight?'"
No he was fine, called it as he and his assistants saw it, no problem at all with him (and this is not an ironic post, he really wasn't a problem)

| So Leeds have lost one of the 27 friendlies that precedes the play-offs, like salford & london last year it gives Cas etc their day in the sun, this is why I was sat in the boozer with at least 10 former season ticket holders not batting an eye lid at the result, but who never missed a game when Leeds were under acheivers on cold afternoons in the 80's & 90's, when 2 points lost at home meant something. Don't think last night will be remembered come september time.

| thought we dominated the first half without scoring the points. second half cas hammered us. it didn't help having only 2 bench players and others getting fatigued. cas attacked jjb, playing centre, and exploited him time and again.
what really did us though was our shocking completion rate. we rarely got to a kick in the second half.
i'm not a fan of 4 forwards on the bench and that certainly cost us last night
fair play to cas, best team on the night, but we have lost games like this in the last three years and not done to badly.

| We played the entire game like we did the first 60 minutes against the Welsh lot except the Crusaders didn’t have a fantastic kicking game to pin us back.
We seem vulnerable from the short grubber and Cas exploited this to perfection – out coached and stuck to their game plan.
Although in our defence losing Ablett early then injuries to Delaney and Eastwood screwed up our interchange plans, I don’t think it was the intention to keep JJB on the pitch for the full 80 even if he did a sterling job.
