Had Ganson not incorrectly (IMO) penalised Leeds (Webb) while in possession on the first tackle coming out of their twenty I don't think Hull KR would have got a sniff of the Leeds line at all.

Agreed. I thought we were very dominant throughout.

Some sloppy finishing in the 1st half but it came on the back of some great moves that ripped them apart.

I would think fantastic Leeds are in the Grand Final.

I am taking it as a given Leeds will reach the final and in truth are odds on for another victory.

If Wigan were to progress I wouldn't pick them.

I know we've done OK against them in previous semi finals but I'm always wary of them in a one off big game.

And Noble will have more of a insentive to beat us with being a chosen team.

That will be the same regardless of who you pick.

Leeds would be crazy not to let Wigan play Saints if it pans out that way.

Hmmm... The Leeds fans want to avoid Wigan, but I have a distinct feeling that is who you will be playing, assuming of course that they beat Hull KR.

Wigan have been really competetive against us in the domestic season for the last few years, regardless of their league position. However, we have mullered them in the playoffs.

I'd send them to Saints personally.

On last night's performance, Wigan would not beat Hull KR. They would not have a hope of beating Leeds. They offer absolutely nothing except high-kicks to Richards. Huddersfield are much, much better than Wigan, and even the argument of feeding Wigan to Saints for a blood-and-thunder derby looks shaky because they'd just give Saints a shot of confidence before the Grand final, and Huddersfield (or Catalans) would be more likely to give Saints a physical working-over (or maybe even beat them).

It's interesting that coaches call looks to be developing as much into who you want your rivals to play as who you want to play yourself.

Not something I considered when it was announced TBH, intriguing (still a daft idea, but might as well enjoy it while it's here!)

Assuming we get there (by no means a given) I'd welcome different opposition. On the field, I think Saints and Wigan probably pose a similar challenge in a one off game.
