Re: Worrall.
Does also remind me of a very early JJB. Great engine and fully committed. But isn't he about 25 now already?
IMO he's actually a good back up player, because of his durability. He basically tackles all day and takes alot of ineffective drives throughout the game, the dirty work if you will, allowing our much better players like Kylie, JJB and Ali to take breathers throughout the game. He would certainley not be in our first choice 17, but as a squad player, not bad.

As an aside, thought Ablett was good on saturday, hopefully he can keep that up for the rest of the season.

Personally I think he needs to move on to realise his potential.

He came up through the junior ranks as a ball playing loose forward, but he's never had the opportunity to give that role a crack at first team level due to Sinfield's durability.

He's a decent filler at centre or in tbe second row, but neither of them allow him to make the most of his abilities.

If he has aspirations to step up to representative level, then he may need to showcase his talents elsewhere.

Yer I'd agree with that, i'm happy with him as a bench second rower, grafts well and offers abit of threat when running wide. He won't ever make representative unless it's at 13, but is he really in the Sinfield/ O'Loughlin/Westerman class? To be honest I don't think so.

Up until his injury in 2005 he was easily the MOS.

Sounds like a 2nd row equivalent of Bailey. Does the basics well, but doesn't blow your socks off in attack. He'll be a cheap option and does a job when needed. I'd keep him on. We don't have a big enough squad to lose players

Just watching the game on Channel Nine, Sinfield has been absolutely outstanding in the first half!!

I’m not usually a big Ablett fan (although I’d never say it out loud in fear of the backlass icon_wink.gif ) but I think he had his best game so far this season, as for Senior and Sinfield – faultless.
