Not particularly no. I think they have better average players than Leeds. But Super League is poor this year, and the quantity of players who can be described as class is very low. But in terms of consistently good, you have a higher quantity of players than we do, this season certainly.

Just to weigh in on the debate. Hull's "quality" players, the ones that really make is tick and would get a gig at any club imo would be: Shaul, Ellis, Minichiello, Taylor, Houghton. But the reason we have done so well and the reason we have found ways to win so often is that there is very little filler in the team. There isn't really a weak link anywhere, they aren't all superstars but they are all good players who belong at top 4 level.

The game seems to be going like all the others, Glad we learned from those defeats..

Actually been much better than usual, without ever really being that good. We'd be in the lead if Lilley wasn't having such a shocker. Our pack's certainly matched theirs. Our halves haven't. Not bad but don't hold out much hope for the second half.

Sneyd is exactly the type of player we need. If we aren't looking for one for next year then we are being foolish.

I agree, Juan! (Even though he's playing 7). And Segeyaro is also showing us we've missing a skillful 9 who can tackle, but that doesn't solve our problems on its own.
