Actually the most professional way to play against the Championship teams is just as though they are SL sides. That means not pinging the ball around for 80 minutes, but building pressure just as you would against Hudds. That way you are much better prepared when you do play a decent team. It may mean scores are a bit lower but the games actually have some value when playing other teams.
