No I'm using them as as rep games in a season. Games you omitted from your initial post as it didnt fit your argument, until you edited your post after realizing your error.
Living over here in aus the vibe is; as much as the players like the occasion of the Anzac test it's seen as a hindrance. To be honest over here there was a total lack of support from players, coaches and the media in regard to the value of a one off test against NZ at the seasons end.
Keep that in mind. |

Isnt the award decided bu Rugby League World magazine which as I understand is a British Publication. No one doubts that Sinfield is a great player but when a player isnt in either the Super League Dream Team, the Worlds Dream Team or even shortlisted by his fellow professionals for Man of Steel then you have to question the credibility of the award. Sinfield would be more suited to a lifetime achievement award or similar. To announce him the Worlds Best in a season when he failed to make any of the above lists is damaging to the award similar to what happened when Roby won man of steel which led to teh way the award was voted being changed !! |
