Your pointing out things that could of helped your team alone, there were plenty of if's and but's that could of helped us had the decisions gone our way.

For instance Delaney sin binned for persistant fouling, I do believe Ah Van was also constantly giving away penalties but did Ganson even that out? No.

The penalty try was as clear as they come, had the ball of been collected, you would of seen an offload to Watkins who would of scored himself. On the other hand seen as that was deemed a foul, then surely it is a proffessional one and Raynor at the very least should of been binned himself?

It was a bad tackle, the step from Burrows caught out Ah Van and it was an obvious penalty. The high tackle from Senior on Kearney in the second half (which was missed completely by Ganson) evened that score though.

The NRL is no different - they brought in 2 refs to speed the game up and get away from tedious wrestling at every tackle - it is no surprise the most important players in the NRL are now the hookers such as Smith and Farah - the change in interpretation of the rules has allowed them much more space and time to run at broken defensive lines.

I doubt you find many who will not say the NRL is now significantly more entertaining than it was for the 3 years of turgid wrestle - improvement in attendances would seen to suggest which style the fans prefer

I though McDermott was going to sort our discipline out. We were as bad if not worse than we were under Bluey. Thats what nearly lost us the game.

Luckily the bulls dropping off, and us testing our arm and it coming off won us the game. There are still some cracks to fill in though.

Overall, with 6 first teamers missing, and such a poor show I am content with the points

Great advert for our game, so much better than the kick and push stuff on the Beeb. Thought over the co of the game the decisions evened themselves up. As a bulls fan disappointed but always felt as Leeds could and would score. Game shows hopefully bulls on the come back trail which can only be good for the competition. Looking forward with a bit more optimism this season !!
