good points. bailey is a decent sl player, no more than that. he was poor but burrow and eastwood apart who wasn't. not fair to isolate him particularly

I assume he isnt a big earner and therefore Leeds keep him as they cannot get a better player for what they pay him. Personally im not a fan but the lad has 4 super league rings so he must be doing something right.

He does a lot of good unsung work defensively in my opinion but sadly that wasnt what we needed yesterday.........we needed go forward and drive and that isnt and has never been what his game is about.

He is a solid SL prop in the right pack.

I thought Bailey stood up more than most yesterday and looked like a one man motivation team at one point in the 2nd half. I don't buy he was awful. Leeds fans who understand rugby can see the positives he brings to the team. He doesn't hide, but doesn't do quite enough with the ball for me to be a real top quality prop forward. I'll say what I said on the Wire board - when JP and Moz retire - there won't be many better English props in SL.

Having said all that, he let himself down with the cheap shot at the end - should know better

You'd be correct with regards to him not being one of the big earners at Leeds.

His salary is a good indicator of the value he provides to the team.
