| You certainly dont risk kids who arent ready for it. Their development is more important than making them lambs to the slaughter for a game.

Unbelievable we’ve got fans suggesting we “rest our best players again”
I’m not sure what we’ll be resting them for because if we don’t win at least 1 of our final 2 games our season will be finished. Win them both and we’ll finish 4th with a home play off in round 1.

| There is just about a full week between these so that takes some pressure off recovery and prep. I can't see Agar doing anything other than playing the best side we have in both games.
Ideally we beat Saints and take the pressure off that final game a bit, depending on results elsewhere.
We need to find some energy from somewhere and take the game straight to Saints, put some doubt in their minds and fatigue them early. You'd want them on the back foot rather than in revenge mode after the Cats result.

| Can't see us winning this. Saints pack could blow us away. Would still play the best side we have. Enough time to recover for hull kr. Do we have any players left to come back for the play offs?

Tetevano will be back from his ban. Lui should be back for Hull KR. Gale, Oledzki and Hurrell could all be back for play offs.

| Great to see Corey Johnson back at Leeds. Wonder if he might get a game before end of the year.

| Looks like they've had him played at 7 at York to give some protection, get his fitness up and reconnect his handling a bit; I wonder if he'll get a bench spot towards the end of this year now? Would be very interested to see him play for us again, I have a suspicion he could be in the mix for first grade next year.
If he could jag an appearance before the end of the season for me it would give him a good benchmark for the pre-season, which is an important one for him.

Wonder if he could make it this week. Leeming will still be in the halves and asking Dywer to do 80 at hooker is far too much.

By sound of it, he will be in 21 man squad for Friday, which wouldn’t be a surprise considering he’s been playing in the halves aswell as hooker

I really like 0'Connor but I don't get the desire to put him in a spine position just because he has the build you might associate with it. Hooker and half both real specialist positions and not less than a speciist should do.

I know but in his junior days he has played these spine positions, and he's one of these general sportsmen who's good at everything. Remember he took that conversion? I think he's just a talented lad.
With Smith at 13 maybe O'Connor rotates/gives cover there, but we'll see. We can drop Prior, Tet back there and have Field coming through the academy potentially - and we haven't seen much of O'Connor in recent weeks.
I don't see where O'Connor fits at the moment to be honest, unless he gets past Smith, or maybe becomes our James Donaldson MkII.
