I think we're being a bit too premature writing Webb off. I think he still has a big role to play until the end of the season.

Webb should come in at halfback. He was pretty much playing halfback ball-in-hand anyway before his injury, and people seem to have forgotten that during that time he created most of our tries.

Fullbacks these days seem to do a lot of stuff that used to be the domain of a 6. That might be me mis-remembering my youth, but in attack your modern fullback seems to be more like a halfback with a bit more freedom as to when they appear in the line.
