We have no air con. I am sat in a windowless office with a fan blowing the hot air around. I went for a session with my personal instructor this morning[size (I know, leave it alone)[/size and, like El Diablo it took me about an hour to stop sweating afterwards.

I hate to think what the crack of my ar5se must taste like right now.

I had a wet wipe wash at lunch time, the lads in the office loved it.

29.1c in the shade at the moment but it isnt humid (well, campared to yesterday and the day before) so it feels nice and comfy. Suppose if you're in a glass office itll feel warm though.

Nice air conditioned offices. It's cool over here anyway maybe 20-22 degrees but as the offices are on the coast it feels cooler.

Got fresh mussels yesterday and cooked them with a nice spicy rice. Mmmm

Oooh, the sun's just come out from behingd the clouds. Them dark clouds in the distance mean it's going to be fun driving home though. For some reason whenever there's rain here the traffic tails back, I've never been able to fathom that one out.
