Ive no idea what Chris is going on about. It was a knock on but not a knock on cos hes not sure if it went forward or backwards but if it hit the heel its a penalty but if a millimetre of the ball hit above the heel its play on. If a ball hits the thigh its a knock on cos thats not deemed a kick but if it hits the thigh going backwards its play on but Chris doesnt know if it went forward or not.

Every ptb is a penalty cos they either heel it back below the knee which is against rule 17.2a subparagraph 4.3 or the ptb never touches the foot at all.

So while everyone else on the board knows it was a lucky try Chris is getting a protractor out and doing experiments to see if its even possible to knock a ball forward onto your heel which is behind you. FFS.
