Great effort tonight and the players can be very proud and take confidence from this match.
After beckfords effort last year against millwll i wonder if mascherano will be banned Doubt it though!!
I thought Kisnorbo and snodgrass were the best 2 players on the pitch and ngog getting the M.O.M was a joke.

Great performance by the players just a shame about the result because we didn't deserve to lose, a lesson to be learnt is that against top teams you have to take your chances and that was the difference although the disallowed goal should have counted but we had our chances.
Snodgrass was different class as was Kisnorbo, the right side of Snoddy and Crowe in attack will cause any teams a problem.
Liverpool will struggle this year if either Gerrard or Torres get injured for long spells IMO but it was a great performance from us and a great crowd so well done Leeds.

Wasnt the most spectacular of games but Leeds really impressed me tonight, even though we were shizer.

Leeds completely dominated the game and deserved to win IMO, although it was a reserve team tonight Im dissapointed with Liverpool and I think it showed how well you played by having to use Gerrard and co!!

The fact that we picked a full strength bench in the first place shows testament(sp?) to the fact that your boys are a team to be feared this year and you should definately be promoted this year unless uncle ken goes nuts!!

I'm not a big boo-er of players myself, but I can understand it some of the time.

What I can't understand was the booing of Gerrard tonight. The first world class player at ER in the past 5 and a half years, we should have appreciated watching his, albeit brief, appearance.

Good performance though and we had the chances to win it. The "goal", Doyle's header, Becks clean through, Becks hook effort where he could have rolled it to Snoddy.....

I definately think though rugby league in this city has the edge on spectator youth and even us old rugby league people look fitter and healthier than those over weight leeds shaven headed ald really]united fans.
It was interesting seeing their shirts from all the different era's on parade tonight.

Leeds played well but just lacked that real killer instinct and perhaps as someone else has posted above thats the difference between the best and the rest.

Its also easy to see why the top clubs havent taken a punt on Beckford, he misses too many chances and his awareness of whats going on around him is pretty poor.

Aye we should have been 1-0 up, that goal should have been given. Mascherano was lucky boy to be on the field... ultimatly we were also punished for not putting away 3 very good chances. Good game though, enjoyed it immensly and i'm proud of Leeds.

It would have been nice to win but the boil on the backside interruption can now be put behind us and we can concentrate on what really matters. Getting out of this damn league.

It would have been nice to have heard the Liverpool fans get behind their team before they went in front. Typical South Stand.
