I'm sure McGuire made the OPTA team of the week for his effort versus Saints and IIRC he made that team for his performance against Widnes or London and possibly on one other occasion as well this season?

Indeed he did, or at least according to Brian Carney on Superleague Fulltime, he did.
I guess it just goes to show that people see what they want to see not what actually transpired.

I agree Sal. Both our half backs are poor.
Not sure why we play those tactics against the better teams because when we move it wide we have the ability to beat anyone.
I think it is time we started to break up the half back pairing put Burrow on the bench and get some sip in the halves.
To me both Ward and Delaney look to be carrying knocks, Clarkson has not improved and Bailey does what he wants which is not much.

Or as I stated elsewhere try Moon at SO with Sutcliffe given a run at LC instead of Ward who we all agree is not a centre. If he is fit try him at at LF.

For sure I agree we have got to split up the half back pairing of Sinfield and McGuire. Two pedestrian halfbacks is no bluddy good.

I don't agree Ward isn't a left centre, not at all. I agree Joel Moon is a better one though. I also agree Ward is better than other options in the pack.
