In what way hasn't agreed delivery been achieved? Who hasn't had their shirt when the club/courier said they would?
I've had emails telling me the delivery day & texts giving me a 1 hour window delivery time by DPD for shirts I ordered the day they went on sale. My shirts are arriving this afternoon.
I've bought for my collection & think that the service & communication from the Leeds club has been absolutely excellent.
The only issue has been the online shop falling over due to the demand on the first afternoon of sale.

| That's why we're the best run club in the league. As well as whatever revenue Warner Bros have paid for th advertising those 700 shirts equate to nearly £33k turnover and £26k profit.
And yet some people see this as a negative?

I never said that Leeds had failed to deliver - all I was saying is why do people think Leeds should get a pat on the back for simply meeting agreed delivery schedules. That to me isn't anything out of the ordinary it is what a lot of companies do day in day out.

Gareth given that VAT will be £5,500 unless the shirts have been provided free and the delivery costs to be free it is very unlikely Leeds will make anything like £26k on this deal

That reads that they haven't kept to something they have agreed.
However you look at it, it's win win.
Massive company involved in UK rugby league for the first time. Great publicity & a big profit in quick time for the club.

I didn't consider VAT (don't tel lthe revenue).
Even so, a £20k profit on the shirt sales alone, that was not budgeted for at this stage of the season is very nice thank you.
I bet the directors of Cas, Wakey and a few other clubs would like to see that come in (and I bet they wouldn't send the VAT their cut)

Agreed - and well done to the club for having such an open mind to this type of marketing

It's only Warner Bros & a symbol recognisable worldwide that's on the shirts of two Super League clubs.
Melbourne linked up through News & 21st Century Fox, Souths through Russell Crowe.
Have you any idea how precious Warner Bros are with allowing use of it's Superman logo?
Sam Tomkins interviewed Crowe & henry Cavill at the UK premiere. This was available to 10m Sky subscribers in the UK.
Warner Bros aren't in this to promote rugby league. it is up to rugby league to do that,
Still, it's better to knock & denigrate than talk up our own Supermen, eh??'"

When?
At least one day before the match that is showcasing the shirt.
They didn't, that's why it was a fekk up.

Did you know what day Leeds were at Wigan when you ordered?
Did the club say shirts would be delivered at least the day before the game when you ordered yours?
Did you ask if it would be delivered prior to game day?
You have said the club notified delivery was to be made to the delivery address you gave them on the day of the game?
If you weren't given a guarantee of delivery the day before the game, did you provide an alternate delivery address?
Did you go to the game?
Where is the feck up?

I ordered the shirt on Friday 30th August and paid £6.50 for express delivery (1 to 2 working days).
Delivery should have been either Monday or Tuesday - 2 days before the game.
The shirt was delivered on Thursday.
Hence why I suggested that Leeds Rugby made a fekk up.
Now don't you feel a little bit silly?
And yes I did go to the game but I fail to understand what that has to do with receiving goods that I'd paid a premium to have 'express delivered' not reaching me in the agreed (and paid for) timescale.

Who was the delivery company?
Any postmarked/franked date on the packaged item?
