I know it's difficult for many of you to understand but this season Wigan have lost to Huddersfield and Warrington, but beat Leeds.
So from a Wigan pov who do you think is the team to play on the semi.
If you had the choice, I don't think that you would have chosen Wigan.
Both games should be great contests, but at this time Leeds are the weakest of the four.

I understand what you're saying but do you understand that league placings now and results in Feb have little to no bearing on a semi final played in 9 weeks time?
What I understand is that of all the semi finalists Leeds have shown thesmelves capable of winning the really big games on a far more consistent basis than any other over the last few years. If you really think this crop of Leeds players are weaker than, say, Huddersfield then so be it. Teams and supporters have been under-estimating this champion set of players for years.
The game is too close to call and I'd rather have avoided Wigan. Only because I'd like to see us have a crack at beating you in a final. |
