| I think it depends on the injury and circumstances but generally players play with a lot of niggling injuries or ones that they run off. If you substituted everyone who got a knock then you would be unable to make tactical substitutions. I don't think Leeds have done anything wrong, they have just been rather unlucky.

What's funny?
Coaches have a total of twelve replacements. If they used one everytime the trainer enters the field to tend to a player's injury (as you appear to be suggesting) then they'd be lucky if they had any left for the second half.

I don't think that was suggested tvoc. But someone hobbling around limping in obvious pain, should take a little more consideration.

How would you interpret
Quote Gotcha="RhinoNeil"You see it every week on Sky, =#FF0000as soon as a player gets injured he gets withdrawn and assessed from the touchline or in changing room. =#400000Whereas with Leeds he has to be practically unconscious or crying in pain to warrant a sub to be used.'"
=#FF0000I dont think this happens and =#400000I don't think this happens either.

| Ah tvoc, on the Red text - well thats your opinion but I think other teams seem to a be more cautious than what Leeds are when it comes to an injury imo.
On the brown text I was been a little sarky dont you think? But Sinfield, Delaney and Watkins had to be unable to run to be sub'd on their injuries. They were left to run the injuries off and made them worse, all 3 could hardly walk off the pitch.

You're seriously suggesting Leeds are risking player's health?

I'm just wondering what makes you think you can assess a player's injury (or extent thereof) better than the professional medical staff employed by the club and dealing with the on field incidents?

It's pretty straight forward and all clubs and players initially try to "run off" a knock before coming off.
With Watkins it wasn't his knee at first he was pointing to his ankle and was happy to try and run it off and was unfortunate to end up getting the knee injury.
The case with Sinfield is also straight forward he got the initial bang on the thigh and he himself wasved the doc away after the 1st visit sods law shows he got a heavy kick in exactly the same spot.
i think we are just getting "our turn" in the long term injuries at the moment and don't think that any could of been prevented by the staff.

Seen as you just said "Lifes a risk, rugby league even more so" then yeah
Are you seriously saying leaving Sinfield and Watkins out on the field when they are in visible discomfort is not a risk?

Of course it's a risk and it's a risk they are willing to take.
I'm glad you have confidence in the Leeds medical staff as unlike you they have to deal with situations without the benefit of hindsight.
