Watch it, I've given you the time as accurately as possible.
Smith makes the tackle around the head (eyes) than as the tackle is completed drops with his forearm into Slaters face.
As for no one seeing, it the touchjudge raises his flag and Ganson called him onto the field and awards a penalty to Australia. |
