I agree Wigan's coach is probably more arrogant than "Sam".....but he has the sense not to gesticulate in front of the BBC cameras

It's interesting that a few years ago Wigan fans were going spare at Mark Calderwood for throwing a rugby ball into a crowd at the DW stadium after he scored a try but yet condone this.

I'm not gunna get carried away over this, he did it, it was petulant, and shows how much he still has to learn, but what the hell, games over, but what I will say is how proud I am of Leeds Rhinos tonight, despite it being a forgone conclusion to most we were excellent, but it just was not quite enough !

If so why did he give leeds fans the V?

By doing that he shows some inbuilt animosity, which means the booing does get to him.

Besides showing he has no class, he's just left himself open for even more abuse.

I agree Ferdy....but I expected them to perform well today. It's just a shame they can't do it more often.

If the team had won today I fully expect it would have thrown in the towel early in the play offs....maybe now we can expect a similar high level of commitment and skill similar to today to take the team all the way to the GF ?

We can but hope but it's been a inconsistent season and can't see that changing. Don't think our players left alot back today either. Might have a bad effect losing as well

Don't like him but I would not wish injury on anyone. Leave the wishing of players careers to be over to the Wigan fans a la Danny mags last year.
