I take your point but for mine we are now weaker in the back row than we were last season.

With whats Happened now anyone wish that we'd used some of Eastwoods money/cap space to give Scruton what he was wanting to stay?

Personally if we are not going to see Eastwood in a Leeds shirt and that is a distinct possibility I'd have liked to have kept Scruton.

This whole tightenening of the visa applications/process is going to make clubs think long and hard about recruitment plans for next season.

Maybe it might make clubs look more towards developing/giving their youngsters a chance.

Have to think twice about letting someone go for cap reasons to recruit a top/expensive overseas player only to find out he isn't allowed to play

Yeah I agree with that as Scruton brought more to the squad than simply his playing ability. The 'home town boy' factor motivated him and gave him an increased pride whenever he put on a Leeds shirt.

I don't know why but I think we will see him in a Leeds shirt again. He is only 24 after all.

As to what to do without Big Greg anyone think we can get Éric Anselme back or have I been out in the desert too long?

We don't want Anselme back mate, I'd rather develop Manning, Allen etc. If we bring anyone else in they'll have to be of higher quality than Anselme.
