Melbourne hooker Cameron Smith has said he wants to play on in 2020. The Storm had budgeted on 2019 been the 35 year olds final season. Could a Super League club bring him over for a year or 2 as a marquee signing. He has a decent kicking game, something Leeds are lacking and despite his age is still performing well at the highest level.

We've the best young hooker in the Country in Corey Johnson signing what would be a 36 year old on a wedge of cash would make no sense financially or from a playing viewpoint to me.

If Parcel leaves, then why not go for it for a season? He's the best 9 of all time, and would lift the standard of those around him on and off the pitch.

Maybe he fancies a crack at SL. James Maloney plans to finish his career here, so maybe Smith has a similar plan.

I think "Sir Kev" is just stirring the pot here. Smith has signed for two years with the Storm. If that means they're over the cap someone else will leave.
