| Despite going off the boil for a season or two at the end, he's given great service to Leeds.
Au revoir TMFMISL. It's been emotional.

| Has been my favourite player for years. Last couple of years has seemed to lack skills

| Thanks for all the service Ryan.
Whilst never being flash, to me he was always an underrated player. His best asses being lateral movement in defence, the ability to plug gaps, which was far better than most props around. This goes unnoticed a lot.
Second best attribute was being a superb enforcer, had opposition fans hating him for years, rarely got sent off and rarely came off second best in the skirmishes.
I'm a bit gutted to see him go, despite the fact it is probably the right time, seeing one of the ever presents of this generation move on. Goodness knows what I'll feel like when Sinny calls it a day!

Thanks for the concern, I am being monitored.
On a serious note it should be the severe start of things to come with the refreshing of a once great team. Nothing lasts forever.

| Thanks and all that, but meh.
The reality of professional sport. At least on this occasion Leeds have made the right call and not let him hang on out of sentiment.

| The first of the great generation to leave Rhino's. I would have liked to see Cas Tigers get him for a couple of years. You'll miss him.

| Has been a very good player for us and wish him all the best
This golden generation would have been a little less enjoyable without him

| Strange that the much-needed overhaul of the squad should begin with the YOUNGEST of the 'Golden Generation'. A mere pup at 30.

I suspect this is more about McDermott finally getting his way rather than anything else.
McDermott wont be judged on releasing Bailey, but on who he replaces him with.

Average squad player over hyped by some Leeds fans and underestimated by away fans in equal amounts. Gave the club decent service but always left with the feeling he could have been better.
I didn't particulary see him as an enforcer Barry Mac was an enforcer. Bailey is a player who gets under the opposition skin, and does that very well. Would have prefered kirke to go before bailey but In my mind they both needed moving on

| A good player for us who could have been a great player - simply didn't kick on from the 'next Adrian Morley' tag he had as a youngster.
A vital cog in the wheel who contributed significantly more for his medals than some
All the best for the future
